The server cooling solution not only needs to solve the problem of high air volume, but also needs to consider wind pressure, lifespan, stability, noise, speed, and IP dust/water resistance.

Compared to 1U/2U, 4U servers provide larger internal space, support multiple CPU architectures, multiple PCIe expansion slots, and high-capacity storage solutions, making them suitable for high load scenarios such as high-performance computing, cloud computing, and financial transactions

Problem to be solved for the cooling fan of the 4U rack server:

High power: 300~800W;

High wind resistance: Various components cause high wind resistance and relatively narrow air ducts;

Stability: After the server is turned on, it needs to work continuously for 24 hours except for regular maintenance.
